Mr. Jaclot became a Senior Advisor of Ceres in June 2019 after having been Senior Advisor of Findercod since 2004.

Until October 2018, Mr. Jaclot was the Managing Partner of FJ Consulting, his own investment and advisory firm. Mr. Jaclot participated to the creation of FaDiese2, a French SCR investing in startups. Mr., Jaclot has been involved in private equity activities, either directly or through funds which investments he continues to follow.

From 2003 to 2016, Mr. Jaclot was on the Board of Unibail-Rodamco, a leading French real estate company where he became the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Jaclot joined AOG in June 2005 until December 2018. Mr Jaclot first started as a Board member, then became Group CEO in 2008, and then rejoined the Board until June 2018.

In October 2003 until February 2006, he joined Interbrew as Chief Financial Officer and member of its Executive Board of Management. Following the merger between Interbrew and AmBev, he became Senior Advisor to the CEO of the new group, InBev (now called AB ImBev).

From October 1995 to September 2003, Mr. Jaclot was a Director of Suez (now ENGIE) and Vice Chairman of its Management Committee, where he was in charge of finance (CFO), and the communication and private equity activities. He was formerly Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux.

From October 1994 until October 1995, Mr. Jaclot joined Demachy Worms & Cie., a French investment bank where he became the sole Managing Partner.

From 1987 to 1994 Mr. Jaclot joined Lafarge. Mr. Jaclot was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lafarge Corporation (North America) from 1987 until 1990, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lafarge Coppée from 1990 to 1994.

From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Jaclot held several positions with Crédit National, a long-term credit institution in France.

From 1978 to 1982, Mr. Jaclot served in the French Ministry of Finance as Inspecteur des Finances.

Mr. Jaclot has been the chairman for more than 20 years of le Foyer de Charité, a non-profit religious foundation.

Born in 1949, François Jaclot is a French national, graduate of Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA), Institut d’Etudes Politiques et Ecole Nationale de Statistiques et d’Administration Economique (ENSAE). Mr. Jaclot holds a Master’s in Mathematics.
