Aisling O’Leary joined Ceres as the Head of Capital Raising in February 2026.

Aisling has spent over 20 years as Head of Investor Relations and Project Manager for Private markets and Alternative investment funds focusing on asset raising and retention.

Aisling has been involved in many alternative and hedge fund launches and most recently worked with Antler innovation, a firm focused on the tech Start-up sector where she focused on early-stage funding for start-up firms and funds.

Aisling has worked for BlueCrest Asset Management, Sandell Asset Management and Schroders.
